Map data and licences

TransitPrep draws its own route maps. We don’t copy any agency’s published maps. Each map combines two kinds of open data: the transit agency’s published schedule data (GTFS), for routes, stops and destinations, and OpenStreetMap, for streets and rivers. We redraw the maps when an agency publishes a new schedule.

TransitPrep is independent. Using this data doesn’t mean any agency or city endorses TransitPrep.
